HOW IT WORKS?

1. SELECT
As a member, you will get access to the weekly schedule of training classes and can join the sessions you like.
2. JOIN
Join via browser from your laptop, tablet or smartphone. Join from your living room, hotel room or anywhere. Just click the link.
3. TRAIN
You see and hear the trainer, the trainer sees you and you mute your mic.

Sessions are 30-45 minutes long

    Lay the groundwork for a strong yoga practice with this well-rounded beginner flow suited for anyone looking to kickstart their day with a gentle practice. Each class moves through fun and easy postures that explore the fundamentals of yoga and helps you open up and target all the tight spots.
    BEGINNER YOGA

  • Relax yourself and leave the stress of the day at the door and embrace yourself in a yin yoga session.

For Cynthia yoga is not only something you do for 60 / 90 minutes on a mat, it is both a physical and mental practice to calm your nervous system and your mind bbeing truely present for on and off the mat. With many years of experience working in a corporate office, she understands the difficulties of slowing down and taking a deep breath, so she’s got your back! She has over 12 years of practice and is now sharing her knowledge and experience with you as her passion in life.

Certifications: 200 hour Vinyasa & Hatha RYT

Nicole grew up in New Zealand and spent 20 years training in dance. She moved into yoga after an injury that caused her to change paths. She is very alignment based and will always make sure students are working to avoid injury. She gained her certification in Bali and has been teaching since 2017 and loves to help beginners find a connection to themselves through movement, breathwork & meditation.

Certifications: Certified Yoga Instructor, Awareness Through the Body Level 2

Sushmitha grew up surrounded by yoga. Honing her skills from an early age at ashrams, she later formalized her training at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, alongside a degree in philosophy and cognitive computing from the University of London. She seeks to inspire people of diverse backgrounds and abilities find joy through movement.

ABOUT US

World of PT was created as I was looking for this type of help.

I have always liked to workout but I have found myself loosing my motivation and not leaving my home for going to the gym. My big ambitions of working out from home only worked okeyish, as I never really exhausted myself. Trying to solve for the problems, adding trainers from all around the world and boom; World of PT was created.

I have always struggled with the final push in my workouts, but now there is nowhere for me to hide. No excuses. My trainer is watching me.
